Important Instructions for Applicants


Please read the instructions below carefully before filling up the application form for admission

Click on Prospectus Tab for Eligibility Criteria and Subject Combination

·         Applicant’s personal email address (preferably Gmail)

·         Applicant’s own WhatsApp number

·         Scanned colour photograph of the applicant (Size: Max 30 KB)

·         Scanned signature of the applicant (Size: Max 30 KB)

·         Applicant’s scanned marksheet of H.S. (Class- 10+2) or equivalent examination (Size: Max 100 KB)

·         Applicant’s scanned admit card of Class-X examination (Size: Max 70 KB)

·         Scanned copy of S.C./S.T./O.B.C./P.H. certificate of the applicant (where applicable): Size- Max 100 KB

                        All data regarding previous academic scores and any other personal information must be correctly filled in. Any discrepancy (however inadvertent) in the same will lead to the cancellation of admission during verification.

                        Please choose your subject combination carefully and thoughtfully. It takes a lot of trouble, if any student has to change any of  his/her subjects after the admission.

How to apply:

Step 1: Click on “Admission Form”.

Step 2: Choose your subject combination(s) and carefully fill in all other details (personal information and academic details). After choosing a subject combination, the same must be added to the cart. Maximum 5 subject combinations can be applied for using the “Add to Cart” button. Then click on “Submit”.

Step 3: Now upload photo, signature, class 10 admit, class 10+2 marks sheet and S.C./S.T./O.B.C./P.H. certificate (if applicable)

Step 4: Take a print out of the application form.

Step 5: Click on “Payment” to pay the fee of the application form (Rs. 100/- for each subject combination)

Step 6: Take a print out of the payment receipt. 


How to seek admission after the publication of the merit list:

Step 1: Check the merit list as per notification provided on the college website.

Step 2: Click on the “Admission” menu. Search by application form number. The subject combination(s) with which you are eligible to take admission as per merit list will be shown in the dropdown menu below the name of the student.

Step 3: Select the desired subject combination.

Step 4: Click on the “Submit” button and make the payment. Take a printout of the payment receipt. After successful payment you take a print out of the admission form where you  will find your roll number.
